Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Medikamentu administrēšana pacientu aprūpē stacionārā”. Tēmas aktualitāte pamatota ar to, ka medikamentu administrēšana ir neatņemama māsas darba sastāvdaļa pacientu aprūpē, kas tai pat laikā var būt drauds pacienta drošībai, neievērojot „5 pareizi” likumu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot medikamentu administrēšanu pacientu aprūpē stacionārā. Izvirzītā hipotēze - māsām grūtības medikamentu administrēšanā sagādā ievērot pareizu medikamenta devu un ievadīšanas laiku. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketa. Pētījuma laikā tika noskaidrots, ka visbiežāk pacients medikamentu nesaņem noteiktajā laikā darba apjoma un personāla trūkuma dēļ, māsām grūtības sagādā ievērot pareizu medikamenta laiku un devu. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies.

Bachelor’s Thesis „Medication administration in inpatient care”. The topicality of the topic is based on the fact that medication administration is an integral part of a nurse's work in patient care, which at the same time can be a threat to the patient's safety, if the „5 right” law is not followed. The aim of the work is to find out the administration of medication in inpatient care. Protruding hypothesis - for nurses the difficulty in administering medicines is to follow the correct dose of the medicine and the time of administration. A quantitative research method - a questionnaire - was used to conduct the research. During the research, it was found that most often the patient does not receive the medication in the specified time due to the amount of work and lack of staff, it is difficult for nurses to follow the correct time and dosage of medication. The hypothesis put forward in the work has been confirmed.
