Ādas veidojumiem ir multifaktoriāla etioloģija. Āda ir vislielākais orgāns cilvēka ķermenī, un jebkuras izmaiņas ādas struktūrā var tikt ievērotas bez invazīvām metodēm. Lai precizētu vai veidojums ir labdabīgs vai ļaundabīgs, nepieciešams veikt patohistoloģijas izmeklējumu. Kā viena no ādas veidojumu radikālas ārstēšanas metodēm ir ķirurģija, kas veikt pēc specifiskiem principiem. Operāciju vissarežģītāk veikt ir sejas zonā estētikas dēļ. Plastika ar lokāliem audiem ir visbiežāk pielietotā brūču slēgšanas tehnika. Diplomdarba mērķis- izpētīt ķirurģiski ārstētus ādas veidojumus sejas zonā un analizēt brūču slēgšanas tehnikas. Skin is the largest organ in the human body and any changes of its structure can be noticed without invasive techniques. A pathohistological examination should be performed to differentiate between benign and malignant tumors. Surgery is one of the radical treatment methods for skin tumorous lesions with different surgical approaches. The facial zone is the most esthetically sensitive area of skin to perform surgical intervention. Plastic with local tissue is the most common wound closuring technique, because of skin physical properties. The aim of the thesis – to investigate surgically treated skin tumorous lesions in facial area and analyze wound closuring techniques.
