Bakalaura darba tēma – “Datortomogrāfijas attēla kvalitātes kritēriji pēdas locītavas reimatoīdā artrīta gadījumā ”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un pētniecības daļas, secinājumiem. Darba apjoms – 51 lpp.. Izmantoti 48 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no: 4 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām, 17 attēliem, 2 tabulam, 7 diagrammām, 2 pielikuma. Atslēgvārdi: pēdas locītava, reimatoīdais artrīts, datortomogrāfija, kvalitātes kritēriji. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Computed tomography image quality criteria in the case of rheumatoid arthritis of the ankle joint". Bachelor thesis consists of introduction, theoretical and research part, conclusions. The theoretical part analyzes the literature on the anatomy of the ankle joint and computer tomography examination of the ankle joint. Collected information on image quality criteria in computed tomography examination of the ankle joint. In the research part, based on the image quality criteria presented in the theoretical part, a quantitative qualitative study was carried out, analyzing 30 computed tomography examinations of the ankle joint. The aim of the work is to find out the image quality criteria and standards when performing computed tomography of the foot joint in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The hypothesis: in order to obtain an accurate computed tomography image, accurate positioning of the patient is necessary to avoid artifacts and an appropriate selection of technical parameters is necessary to visualize all the necessary anatomical structures according to clinical indications in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Volume of work – 51 pages. 48 sources of literature and information were used. The work consists of: 4 chapters, 9 subsections, 17 pictures, 2 tables, 7 diagrams, 2 appendix. Keywords: ankle joint, rheumatoid arthritis, computed tomography, quality criteria.
