Attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori un to izvērtējums datortomogrāfijas koronāro asinsvadu angiogrāfijas izmeklējumam

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir analizēta un aprakstīta literatūra par tematu „Attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori un to izvērtējums datortomogrāfijas koronāro asinsvadu angiogrāfijas izmeklējumam”. Darba teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīts datortomogrāfijas koronarogrāfijas protokols, datortomogrāfijas pielietojums koronāro artēriju patoloģiju diagnostikā , DT un EKG iekārtas darbības principi, intravenozas kontrastvielas pielietojums, pamatojums un ierobežojumi izmeklējumam, pacienta sagatavošanas izmeklējumam un attēla kvalitātes kritēriji. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt kā dažādi faktori ietekmi uz attēla kvalitāti datortomogrāfijas koronarogrāfijas izmeklējumos. Darba noslēgumā ir veikts pētījums, analīzēti pētījuma rezultāti, izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi, kas balstīti uz pētījuma rezultātiem. Darba apjoms ir 40 lapaspuses, to veido 6 nodaļas un 5 apakšnodaļas, darbā ir izmantoti 49 literatūras avoti, nav pielikumu. Darbā iekļautas 3 tabulas un 4 attēli.

The bachelor's thesis describes and analyses the literature on the topic “"Computed tomography image quality influencing factors and their evaluation for computed tomography angiography of coronary vessels”. The theoretical part of the work describes the use of computed tomography in the diagnosis of coronary artery pathologies, the protocol of computed tomography coronary angiography, the operating principles of ECG and CT equipment, the use of intravenous contrast material, the rationale for the examination and limitations in the examination, patient preparation for the examination, and image quality criteria. The aim of the work: to evaluate the influence of various factors on image quality in CT coronary angiography examinations. Working hypothesis: the quality of computed tomography-coronarography images is most affected by improper preparation of patients before the procedure. At the end of the work, a study has been conducted, the results of the study have been summarized, proposals and conclusions based on the results of the study have been developed. The volume of the work is 40 pages, it consists of 6 chapters and 5 subsections, the work uses 49 literary sources, and there are no appendices. The work includes 3 tables and 4 images.
