Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Aprūpes process pacientiem ar reimatoloģiskām saslimšanām stacionārā”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato darba autore ar savu ikdienas pieredzi aprūpējot pacientus ar reimatoloģiskām saslimšanām. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā tiek īstenots aprūpes process pacientiem ar reimatoloģisku saslimšanu stacionārā. Pētniecības uzdevumi tika izvirzīti sekojoši : izanalizēt zinātnisko literatūru, izanalizēt V. Hendersones māszinību teoriju, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu un izdarīt secinājumus. Pamatojoties uz darba nosaukumu, tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums – kā tiek īstenots aprūpes process pacientiem ar reimatoloģisku saslimšanu stacionārā? Par pētniecības metodi tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā metode, par pētījuma instrumentu – intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti - aprūpes process tiek īstenots balstoties uz reālām darbībām, nevis māsu diagnožu balstītu aprūpi.

Bachelor's theme - Care process for patients with rheumatological diseases in hospital. The topical nature of the topic is justified by the author of the work with her daily experience of caring for patients with rheumatological disease. The aim of the work is to clarify how the care process is carried out for patients with rheumatological disease in the hospital. The research tasks were set out as follows: analyse literature on the development of rheumatological diseases, its treatment methods, analyse V.Henderson's theory of nursing, develop a study instrument, conduct a study and draw conclusions. On the basis of the title of the work, the question raised was how does the care process for patients with rheumatological disease in hospital take place? Qualitative method was chosen as the research method, interview as the research instrument. Results of the study - the care process is implemented based on real actions, not nurse diagnosis-based care.
