Komunikācijas barjeras māsu darbā geriatrisko pacientu aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Komunikācijas barjeras māsu darbā geriatrisko pacientu aprūpē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka fakts, ka viens no geriatrisko pacientu aprūpes aspektiem ir laba komunikācija starp pacientu un māsu. Komunikācijas barjeras ir tas faktors, kas apgrūtina saskarsmi ar pacientiem, līdz ar to arī ietekmē geriatrisko pacientu aprūpes kvalitāti. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot galvenās komunikācijas barjeras māsu darbā geriatrisko pacientu aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi bija apskatīt zinātnisko literatūru un pētījumus par komunikāciju māsu darbā, analizēt B.Ņūmanes (Betty Neuman) aprūpes teoriju saistībā ar komunikācijas barjerām māsu darbā, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu, analizēt pētījuma rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Psiholoģiskās barjeras ir biežākās komunikācijas barjeras māsu darbā geriatrisko pacientu aprūpe. Pētījumā izmantotā pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvā, instruments – aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti ir: 1. biežākās komunikācijas barjeras māsu darbā ir psiholoģiskās barjeras. 2. bakalaura darba pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājās. Bakalaura darbs izpildīts uz 48 lapām. Darbā ir 15 attēli un 6 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 68 informācijas avoti (latviešu un angļu valodā).

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Communication barriers in the work of nurses in the care of geriatric patients". The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that one of the aspects care of geriatric patients is good communication between the patient and the nurse. Communication barriers are the factor that makes contact with patients difficult, thus affecting the quality of care for geriatric patients. The target of the job is to find out the main communication barriers in the work of nurses in the care of geriatric patients. The tasks of my research were to analyze professional literature and made research about communication at nurses’ work, to analyze “Theory of Human Caring” by Betty Neuman's due the communication barriers at nurses’ work, to develop the instrument of this research, to do the research, to analyze the results of made research and to gain conclusions from them. The hypothesis of my job is that psychological barriers are the most often barriers at nurses’ work in the care of geriatric patients. The used research method is quantities’ method, the instrument questionnaire. The results of the research are: 1. The psychological barriers are the most often communication barriers at nurses’ work. 2. The hypothesis of this bachelor job was confirmed. The bachelor job is written on 48 pages. There are 15 tables and 6 attachments. There are used 68 information resources (in Latvian and English).
