Pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļu locītavu endoprotezēšanas. Ar katru gadu pieaug pacientu skaits, kuriem nepieciešama ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšana. Ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšana nodrošina pacientiem spēju dzīvot bez diskomforta sajūtas ceļa locītavā. Lai operācijas rezultāts un pēcoperācijas periods būtu veiksmīgs, liela nozīme ir pacientu līdzestībai. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt literatūru par pacientu līdzestību un ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanu; 2.Analizēt D.Oremas māszinību teoriju, saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju, veikt instrumenta aprobāciju un veikt pētījumu. 4.Apkopot pētījumā iegūtos datus un veikt datu analīzi; 5.Formulēt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas? Pētniecības metode: Darbā tiks pielietotas kvalitatīvas pētniecības metodes. Darbā tiks izstrādāti strukturētas intervijas jautājumi pacientiem pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas. Datu iegūšanai tiks izmantota intervija ar 10 jautājumiem. Pētījumā tiks iekļauti 10 ortopēdijas nodaļu pacienti pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas. Pētījuma rezultāti: Respondentu intervijā iegūtās atbildes tika analizētas un aprakstītas. Pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas vērtējama augstā līmenī, visi respondenti ievēroja ārsta rekomendācijas, sadarbojās ar veselības aprūpes personālu un izprata jēdzienu “līdzestība”. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Patient Compliance after knee arthroplasty” The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that every year, the number of patients who need knee replacement is increasing. Knee arthroplasty allows patients to live without discomfort in the knee joint. For the results of the operation and the postoperative period to be successful, the cooperation of the patients is of great importance. The aim of the study: To determine patient compliance after knee joint replacement. Research tasks: 1.Analyze the literature on patient compliance and knee arthroplasty; 2.Analyze D. Orem's theory of nursing, in connection with the topic of the bachelor’s thesis; 3.Develop a research tool - an interview, test the tool and conduct research; 4.Summarize the data obtained in the research and perform data analysis; 5.Formulate conclusions. Research question: What is patient compliance after knee arthroplasty? Research method: Qualitative research methods will be applied in the work. The work will develop structured interview questions for patients after knee arthroplasty. An interview with 10 questions will be used to collect data. The study will include 10 patients after knee joint replacement from the orthopedic department. Research results: The answers obtained in the interview of the respondents were analyzed and described. Patient compliance after knee arthroplasty can be rated as high level, all respondents followed the doctor's recommendations, cooperated with health care personnel, and understood the concept of "compliance".
