Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu ar invazīvo mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju aprūpes ietekmējošie faktori intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Par tēmas aktualitāti norāda tas, ka mūsdienās pieaug pacientu nepieciešamība pēc intensīvās terapijas aprūpes, tostarp, mākslīgās plaušu ventilācijas pielietojuma. Pacientu ar invazīvo mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju aprūpe ir sarežģīts process, kas prasa no veselības aprūpes speciālistiem daudz zināšanas, prasmes un stipru psihoemocionālo veselību. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu ar invazīvo mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju aprūpes ietekmējošos faktorus intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt zinātniskos literatūras avotus par invazīvās mākslīgās plaušu ventilācijas aprūpes ietekmējošiem faktoriem intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, analizēt B. Ņūmenas veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju, saistībā ar invazīvās mākslīgās plaušu ventilācijas aprūpes ietekmējošiem faktoriem, izstrādāt datu ieguvei pētniecības instrumentu – daļēji strukturētas intervijas jautājumus, intervēt respondentus, 10 intensīvās terapijas māsas, apkopt un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus un izstrādāt secinājumus un ieteikumus. Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums: Kādi ir pacientu ar invazīvo mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju aprūpes ietekmējošie faktori intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētījumā tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode un pētījuma instruments – daļēji strukturēta intervija. Respondenti tika atlasīti pēc ērtuma metodes. Intervijā piedalījās 10 intensīvās terapijas māsas. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus tika secināts, ka galvenie aprūpes ietekmējošie faktori ir: māsas zināšanas, personība, pieredze, laba komandas sadarbība, aprūpējamo pacientu skaits , kā arī iekārtu un aprīkojuma kvalitāte un, kvantitāte. Nepieciešama ir praktiska un teorētiska apmācība par pacientu ar invazīvo mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju aprūpi praktizējošu un jaunu veselības aprūpes speciālistu vidū. Lai uzlabotu veselības aprūpes speciālistu psihoemocionālo veselību un panāktu labākus pacienta atveseļošanās rezultātus ir nepieciešams uzlabot intensīvās terapijas iekārtas un aprīkojumu. The topic of the Bachelor thesis is “Factors affecting the care of patients with invasive artificial lung ventilation in the intensive care unit”. The topicality of the topic is indicated by the increasing need of patients for intensive care, including the use of artificial lung ventilation. Care of patients with invasive artificial lung ventilation is a complex process, which requires a lot of knowledge, skills, and strong psycho-emotional health from healthcare professionals. The aim of the research is to find out the factors affecting the care of patients with invasive artificial lung ventilation in the intensive care unit. The research tasks are to collect and analyse the sources of scientific literature on the influencing factors of invasive artificial lung ventilation care in the intensive care unit, analyse B. Newman's theory of the health care system, in relation to factors affecting invasive ventilatory care, develop a research tool for data collection – semi-structured interview questions, interview respondents, 10 intensive care nurses, to summarize and analyse the results obtained in the study and develop conclusions and recommendations. The proposed research question: What are the factors influencing the care of patients with invasive artificial lung ventilation in the intensive care unit? In the study, the qualitative research method and research instrument were chosen- semi-structured interview. Respondents were selected by convenience sampling method. 10 intensive care nurses participated in the interview. Summarizing the results of the study it was concluded that the main factors affecting the care of patients with invasive artificial lung ventilation are the nurses’ health care knowledge, personality traits and work experience, good team cooperation, number of patients under care, and the quality and quantity of equipment. Practical and theoretical training on the care of patients with invasive artificial lung ventilation is necessary among practicing and new healthcare professionals. To improve the psycho-emotional health of health care professionals and to achieve better patient recovery results, it is necessary to improve intensive care facilities and equipment.
