Aprūpe pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Aprūpe pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļā” tika izvēlēta, jo šī slimība ir plaši izplatīta un prasa rūpīgu un specializēto aprūpi. Šīs tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka sabiedrība noveco un hronisku trofisku čūlu pacientu skaits , kuri ir vecāki par 65 gadiem, ir palielinājies līdz pat 85% visā pasaulē. Turklāt pēdējā desmitgadē mēs saskaramies ar tendenci, ka trofiskās čūlas parādās arī jaunākiem pacientiem. Trofisko čūlu ārstēšana un aprūpe ir sarežģīta un aktuāla problēma ķirurģijā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt aprūpi pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izvirzīti pētniecības uzdevumi: veikt zinātniskas literatūras analīzi par trofiskām čūlām, ārstēšanas iespējam, par aprūpi pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – strukturēto interviju; veikt māsu intervēšanu; veikt pētījuma datu apstrādi analīzi; analizēt iegūtos rezultātus un formulēt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums - kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļā. Pētījuma tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode ar pētniecības instrumentu strukturētu interviju ķirurģijas nodaļā strādājošām māsām. Intervija sastāv no 11. jautājumiem. Uz izvirzīto pētījuma atbildi, iegūtie rezultāti sniedz iespēju dziļāk izprast aprūpi pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 5. nodaļām, secinājumiem un 3. pielikumiem.

The theme of the bachelor's work - "Care of patients with trophic ulcers in the Department of Surgery" was chosen because this disease is widespread and requires careful and specialized care. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that the population is aging, and the number of patients with chronic trophic ulcers older than 65 years increases to 85% worldwide. Moreover, in the last decade, we are faced with a trend in the occurrence of trophic ulcers in younger patients. Treatment and care of trophic ulcers is a complex and urgent problem in surgery. The aim of the work is to investigate the care of patients with trophic ulcers in the Department of Surgery. To achieve this goal, research tasks were set: to analyze the scientific literature on trophic ulcers, the possibilities of treatment and care for patients with trophic ulcers; develop a research tool - a structured interview; conduct interviews with nurses; process and analyze the obtained research data; analyze the results and draw conclusions. Research question - what is the care of patients with trophic ulcers in the Department of Surgery. The study used a qualitative research method using structured interviews with nurses working in the surgery department. The interview consisted of 11 questions. The obtained results of the study allow a deeper understanding of the care of patients with trophic ulcers in the Department of Surgery. Bachelor's work consists of an introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions and 3 applications.
