Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacientu ar fantoma sāpēm aprūpe. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato fantoma sāpju radītais diskomforts, kas ietekmē dzīves kvalitāti, psihosociālo, fizisko un ekonomisko stāvokli. Līdz 85% аmputāciju gadījumu, amputētаjā ekstremitātē attīstās fantoma sāpes un nav konkrētu aprūpes vadlīniju un sekas ir ierobežotas aprūpes iespējas. Darba mērķis: : Anаlizēt pacientu ar fantoma sāрēm aprūрi. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Apkopot un analizēt zinātniskās literatūras avotus par pacientu ar fantoma sāрēm aprūpi. 2. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus. 3. Veikt intervijas. 4. Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus. 5. Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu ar fantoma sāpēm aprūpe? Pētījuma metode: kvalitatīvā metode. Pētījuma instruments: Daļēji strukturēta intervija ar 16 jautājumiem. Pētījuma rezultāts: Pacientu ar fantoma sāpēm aprūpi dažādās ārstniecības iestādēs nodrošina vairāku speciālistu komanda, kas var tikt paplašināta pieaicinot vai nosūtot pacientu pie papildus speciālistiem, tā nodrošinot holistisku, uz indivīdu orientētu aprūpi. Pacientu ar fantoma sāpēm aprūpē tiek izmantota medikamentozā terapija, to kombinē ar nefarmakoloģiskām metodēm un psihoemocionālo atbalstu, lai nodrošinātu pacientiem maksimālo pieejamo komfortu. The relevance of the topic is justified by the fact that phantom pain causes discomfort, that affects patients psychosocial, physical, financial conditions and their quality of life. In up to 85% of cases phantom pain develops in the amputated limb and there are no specific care guidelines. The consequence is limited care options for patients. Aim of the work: To analyze the care for patient with phantom limb pain. Research tasks: 1. Collect and analyze scientific literature on the subject care of patients with phantom limb. 2. Develop a research tool - interview questions. 3. Conduct interviews. 4. Summarize and analyze the obtained results. 5. Draw conclusions. Research question: What is the care of patients with phantom pain? Research method: qualitative method. Research instrument: Semi-structured interview with 16 questions. Research result: The care of patients with phantom pain in various medical institutions is provided by a team of several specialists, which can be expanded by inviting or referring the patient to additional specialists, thus ensuring holistic, individual-oriented care. In the care of patients with phantom pain, drug therapy is combined with non-pharmacological methods and psycho-emotional support is provided to ensure the maximum available comfort for patients.
