Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Sabiedrības izpratne par bezrecepšu medikamentu nepamatotas lietošanas sekām”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka bezrecepšu medikamenti ir viegli pieejami un aizvien vairāk kļūst par medikamentiem, ar kuru palīdzību iedzīvotāji piekopj “pašārstēšanos”, gūstot informāciju no dažādiem informācijas avotiem, viena no mūsdienu lielākajām problēmām iedzīvotāju vidū ir neracionāla un nepamatota zāļu lietošana. Lai izstrādātu bakalaura darbu, tika izvirzīts darba mērķis: noskaidrot un izpētīt sabiedrības izpratni par bezrecepšu medikamentu nepamatotas lietošanas sekām. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti darba uzdevumi: analizēt medicīniskās un populārzinātniskās literatūras avotus par bezrecepšu medikamentiem, to nepamatotas lietošanas sekām, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt sabiedrības locekļu anketēšanu, apkopot un analizēt pētījuma rezultātus, balstoties uz iegūtajiem pētījuma rezultātiem izdarīt secinājumus. Darba gaitā tika izvirzīta hipotēze: Sabiedrības izpratne par bezrecepšu medikamentu nepamatotas lietošanas sekām nav pietiekoša. Pētījuma metode: kvantitatīvā – anketēšana. Pētījuma respondenti: Latvijas iedzīvotāji vecumā no 18 gadiem. Pētījuma instruments: aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma norises vieta: Ģimenes ārsta prakse un interneta vietne https://www.visidati.lv Pētījuma laikā tika secināts, ka diezgan bieži bezrecepšu medikamentus iesaka lietot draugi vai radinieki, kā arī bieži netiek ievēroti ārsta vai farmaceita ieteikumi medikamentu lietošanai; nereti neiepazīstas ar ieteikumiem medikamentu lietošanai, bet ja arī iepazīstas ar tiem, tad ne vienmēr ievēro tos un pievērš uzmanību tam, kādas blakusparādības var izraisīt medikamentu nepareiza lietošana; iedzīvotāju vidū pastāv polifarmācija, jo nereti tiek lietoti pieci vai vairāk medikamenti vienlaikus. Hipotēze - sabiedrības izpratne par bezrecepšu medikamentu nepamatotas lietošanas sekām nav pietiekoša, ir apstiprinājusies, jo apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, var secināt, ka aptaujas dalībnieku vidū pastāv visas neracionālas medikamentu lietošanas problēmas, informācija bieži tiek iegūta no citiem avotiem, nevis no veselības un farmaceitiskās aprūpes speciālistiem. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Society's understanding of the consequences of unwarranted use of non-prescription drugs". The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that non-prescription drugs are easily available and are increasingly becoming drugs with the help of which the population practice "self-medication" by obtaining information from various information sources, one of the biggest problems among the population today is the irrational and unjustified use of drugs. In order to develop a bachelor's thesis, the goal of the work was set: to find out and study the public's understanding of the consequences of the unjustified use of nonprescription drugs. In order to achieve the goal of the work, the tasks were set: analyze the sources of medical and popular scientific literature on non-prescription drugs, the consequences of their unjustified use, develop a research tool and conduct a survey of members of the public, compile and analyze the results of the research, draw conclusions based on the obtained research results. In the course of the work, a hypothesis was put forward: The public's understanding of the consequences of unjustified use of over-the-counter medications is not sufficient. Research method: quantitative - questionnaire. Research respondents: Latvian residents aged 18 and over. Research instrument: survey questionnaire. Research venue: Family doctor's practice and website https://www.visidati.lv During the research, it was concluded that quite often over-the-counter medications are recommended by friends or relatives, and the doctor's or pharmacist's recommendations for medication use are often not followed; often does not familiarize himself with the recommendations for the use of medications, but if he does get acquainted with them, he does not always follow them and pay attention to what side effects can be caused by improper use of medications; polypharmacy exists among the population, as five or more medications are often taken at the same time. The hypothesis - the public's understanding of the consequences of unreasonable use of non-prescription drugs is not sufficient, has been confirmed, because summarizing the results of the study, it can be concluded that among the participants of the survey, all the problems of irrational use of drugs exist, information is often obtained from other sources than from health and pharmaceutical care specialists .
