Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Vispārējās aprūpes māsu psihoemocionālā veselība strādājot operāciju zālē”. Operāciju zālē strādājošās māsas ir pakļautas dažādiem psihoemocionālajiem riskiem, kad iedalās fizioloģiskajos, privātajos, psihoemocionālajos un ar darbu saistītajos. Lai saglabātu operāciju zālē strādājošo māsu psihoemocionālo veselību, ir svarīgi noskaidrot, kuri psihoemocionālie riska faktori ir visbiežāk sastopami operāciju zālē. Tika izvirzīts pētījuma mērķis - izpētīt un izzināt, kas ietekmē operācijas zālē strādājošo vispārējās aprūpes māsu psihoemocionālo veselību. Autores izvirzītie pētījuma uzdevumi ir veikt literatūras avotu izpēti un analīzi par operāciju zālē strādājošo darbinieku psihoemocionālo veselību, to ietekmējošiem riska faktoriem; izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu – anketu, atbilstoši izvirzītajam darba mērķim un hipotēzei; veikt anketēšanu; veikt iegūto anketu rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze – psihoemocionālie riska faktori operāciju zālē ietekmē vispārējas aprūpes māsu psihoemocionālo veselību. Bakalaura darbam ir izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode ar anketēšanu. Anketa sastāv no 26. jautājumiem un 5. papildjautājumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 93 respondenti. The theme of the bachelor's work – “Psychoemotional health of general care nurses working in the operating room”. Nurses working in the operating theatre are exposed to a variety of psychoemotional risks which break into physiological, private, psychoemotional and work-related ones. To maintain the psychoemotional health of nurses working in the operating theatre, it is important to find out which psychoemotional risk factors are most common in the operating theatre. The goal of the study was to investigate and find out what affects the psychoemotional health of general care nurses working in the operating theatre. The study tasks proposed by the author are to perform research and analysis of literary sources regarding the psychoemotional health of employees working in the operating theatre and the risk factors affecting it; to develop a research instrument – a questionnaire, in accordance with the stated work objective and hypothesis; to conduct a questionnaire; compile and analyze the results of the questionnaires obtained; draw conclusions. The hypothesis behind the study – psychoemotional risk factors in the operating theatre affect the psychoemotional health of nurses in general care. A quantitative research method with a questionnaire has been chosen for bachelor’s work. The questionnaire consists of 26 questions and 5 additional questions. 93 respondents participated in the study. The work consists of 46 pages, 6 sections, and 3 attachments.
