Latvijas Universitātes krievu tautības studenta sociālais portrets starpkaru periodā (1919-1940)

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Latvijas Universitāte krievu tautības studenta sociālai portrets starpkaru periodā (1919-1940)” mērķis ir noteikt kopīgas un pastāvīgas tendences, īpašības un iezīmes, kas raksturoja LU krievu studējošo kopību, aplūkojot to no sociāla un akadēmiska aspektu skatupunkta. Ņemot vērā, ka 20. un 21. gs. Latvijas krievu minoritāte ir otrā lielāka etniska grupa valstī, ir īpaši svarīgi izpētīt vienu no tas inteliģences primāriem avotiem – krieviski runājošos studentus starpkaru Latvijas Universitātē, kas ļaus paplašināt zināšanas un izprast neatkarīgās Latvijas jaunas krievu elites ģenēzi, ņemot vērā LU krievu studentu kopienas, pārsvarā, sociālo izcelsmi no vietējas vidusšķiras pārstāvjiem, tehniskas inteliģences iezīmes, kā arī sekmīgas studijas un piederību Latvijas valstij.

The aim of the present Master’s Thesis “Social Portrait of the Russian Students of the University of Latvia During the Interwar Period (1919-1940)” is to determine common and permanent tendencies, features and attributes, which characterize Russian student community of the University of Latvia (LU), from the perspective of social and academic aspects. Taking into account the fact, that throughout the 20th and the 21st centuries, Latvian Russian minority has been the second largest ethnic group in the country, it is especially important to research one of the primary sources of its intelligentsia – the Russian-speaking studentship of the interwar LU, which would allow to broaden the knowledge and understand the genesis of the Russian elite of Latvia, taking into account its, mostly, middle-class social descent, features of technical intelligentsia, as well as successful studies and belongingness to the Latvian state.
