Sausās acs subjektīvie simptomi un objektīvās atradnes pacientiem pēc refraktīvās ķirurģijas

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 38 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 19 attēlus, 5 tabulas un 43 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt sausās acs subjektīvo simptomu un objektīvo atradņu esamību cilvēkiem ar uz bez refraktīvās ķirurģijas. Metode: refraktīvās ķirurģijas un kontroles grupai tika salīdzināts asaru meniska augstums, asaru plēvītes plīšanas laiks, mirkšķināšanas biežums un divas SAS anketas. Rezultāti: SAS diagnostikas pazīmes starp abām grupām neatšķīrās. Subjektīvo simptomu saistība ar objektīvajām sausās acs pazīmēm ir novērojama salīdzinot mirkšķināšanas biežuma datus ar DEQ5 anketas rezultātiem. Asaru plēvīte refraktīvās ķirurģijas grupai procentuāli visbiežāk plīsa augšēji temporālajā (IT) zonā, bet kontroles grupai - apakšēji centrālā (IC) zonā. The bachelor's thesis is written in Latvian on 38 pages. It contains 19 figures, 5 tables and 43 references. The aim of the work is to evaluate the existence of subjective symptoms and objective findings of dry eye in people with and without refractive surgery. Method: tear meniscus height, tear film break-up time, blinking rate and two DED questionnaires were compared between the refractive surgery and control groups. Results: Diagnostic signs of DED did not differ between groups. The association between subjective symptoms and objective signs of dry eye were observed by comparing blinking rate data with the results of the DEQ5 questionnaire. The tear film for refractive surgery group ruptured the most in the Inferior Temporal (IT) area, but for the control group – in the Inferior central (IC) area.
