Latvijas Kara skola 1919.-1931.gadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts Latvijas vēstures historiogrāfija maz pētītai tēmai – Latvijas Kara skolas darbībai. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kādi bija Latvijas Kara skolas darbības pamatprincipi, galveno uzmanību pievēršot struktūras ģenēzei, mācību programmai, pasniedzēju un kadetu sastāvam un citiem determinējošiem faktoriem 1919.-1931. gadā. Kara skolā tika izstrādāta, praktizēta un pilnveidota apmācības programma visām armijas ieroču šķirām, kā arī attīstītas vairākas tradīcijas, lai sekmētu militāri izglītotu un nacionāli noskaņotu virsnieku sagatavošanu. Liela ietekme skolas izveidei un struktūrai bija skolas virsnieku gūtajai izglītībai Krievijas impērijas armijā, kā arī Latvijas armijas iekšējām strukturālajām izmaiņām un attīstības tendencēm, ko noteica pāreja no kara laika uz miera laika organizāciju.

The bachelor thesis examines the operation of Latvian War School from the establishment of the school until the temporary cessation of cadet training in 1931. The aim of the thesis is to explore the principles of operation of the War School, describing the genesis of its structure, the curriculum, the composition of staff and cadets, and other determining factors. The War School developed and applied a training programme to prepare junior officers for all branches of the army, as well as formed several traditions to promote the education of cadets with a strong national sentiment. The foundation and structural organization of the school was influenced by the officer corps education and experience in the army of Imperial Russia, as well as structural changes and development trends within the Latvian army.
