Pacientu līdzestība sirds un asinsvadu slimību profilaksē

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Pacientu līdzestība sirds un asinsvadu slimību profilaksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pieaugošais sirds un asinsvadu slimību daudzums, augstie mirstības, saslimstības un hospitalizācijas rādītāji. Pētījumā analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par sekundāro profilaksi un līdzestības radītajās nozīmes. Mērķis - noskaidrot līdzestības līmeņa rādītāju vērtību sirds un asinsvadu slimību sekundārajā profilaksē X slimnīcas X nodaļas X pacientiem. Hipotēze: Sirds un asinsvadu slimību profilaksē pacienta līdzestības novērtējuma objektivitāte ir atkarīga no visu individuālo apstākļu, tostarp sociāliem un sistēmiskiem faktoriem. Izmantota kvantitatīvā̄ pētniecības metode, pētniecības instruments – anketa. Rezultāti; no respondentus anketas datiem secināms ka būtiskas līdzestības pakāpi ietekmei ir pacientu personiskie faktori - ir vecums un ar to saistītas atbalsta līmenis. Pētījuma gaitā veiktā literatūras avotu analīze parādīja, ka līdzestības trūkums ir novērojums visu vecumu pacientu vidū, kā arī to, ka ir vairākas metodes, ar kuru palīdzību mērīt pacienta līdzestību, un to, kādas sekas ir pacientu līdzestības trūkuma gadījumā. The topic is relevant due to the increasing number of cardiovascular diseases, high mortality, morbidity and hospitalization rates. Scientific literature on secondary prevention and the importance of compliance are analysed in research. Goal: to find out the value of compliance level indicators of secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases in patients of X patients of X department of X hospital. Hypothesis: In the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, the objectivity of the assessment of patient compliance depends on the factors of all individual circumstances, including social and systemic circumstances. Research was carried out by using a quantitative research method; a research tool was a questionnaire. Results: survey data reveal that personal factors – patients’ age and the level of support related thereto – have an important impact on the degree of compliance. During the research, analysis of literature showed that lack of adherence is observation among patients of all ages, as well the fact that there are several methods by which to measure the patient’s adherence and the consequences in cases when there is the lack of adherence in patient.
