Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “SOCIĀLĀS APRŪPES CENTROS NODARBINĀTĀ APRŪPES PERSONĀLA APMIERINĀTĪBA AR DARBA VIDI” Tēmas aktualitāte: ļoti nozīmīga darbinieku un darba devēju komunikācija par vides piemērotību darbam un darbinieku apmierinātību ar vides apstākļiem. Vienīgi iegūstot informāciju par darba vides nepilnībām, darba devējam ir iespēja tās mazināt vai novērst, kā arī veikt profilaksi nepilnību nepieļaušanai. Pētījuma aktualitāti nosaka sekojošais: tā kā nemainīgi saspringtās situācijas dēļ, kas saistīta ar ilgstošu personāla resursu nepietiekamību, sociālās aprūpes centru aprūpes personāls strādā paaugstinātā spriedzes un intensitātes apstākļos, darba vides piemērotība ir īpaši nozīmīga darba kvalitātes nodrošināšanā un darbinieku labbūtības veicināšanā. Darba mērķis: izzināt sociālās aprūpes centrā nodarbinātā aprūpes personāla apmierinātību ar darba vidi. Pētījuma hipotēze – lielākā daļa sociālās aprūpes centru aprūpes personāla ir apmierināti ar psihosociālajiem darba vides faktoriem, bet neapmierināti – ar darba vides fizikālajiem faktoriem. Pētījuma metode: pētījuma datu ieguvei izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – aptauja. Pētījuma instruments: anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: apkopoti rezultāti un sniegti uz tiem balstīti priekšlikumi mērķa sasniegšanas ietvaros.

The study's hypothesis – most social centre care staff are satisfied with psychosocial work environment factors, but unhappy – with the physical factors of the working environment Study method: quantitative research method chosen for the acquisition of research data — survey. Study tool: questionnaire. Results of the study: aggregated results and proposals based on them as part of the achievement of the objective.
