Bakalaura darba tēma: “SOCIĀLĀS APRŪPES CENTROS NODARBINĀTĀ APRŪPES PERSONĀLA APMIERINĀTĪBA AR DARBA VIDI” Tēmas aktualitāte: ļoti nozīmīga darbinieku un darba devēju komunikācija par vides piemērotību darbam un darbinieku apmierinātību ar vides apstākļiem. Vienīgi iegūstot informāciju par darba vides nepilnībām, darba devējam ir iespēja tās mazināt vai novērst, kā arī veikt profilaksi nepilnību nepieļaušanai. Pētījuma aktualitāti nosaka sekojošais: tā kā nemainīgi saspringtās situācijas dēļ, kas saistīta ar ilgstošu personāla resursu nepietiekamību, sociālās aprūpes centru aprūpes personāls strādā paaugstinātā spriedzes un intensitātes apstākļos, darba vides piemērotība ir īpaši nozīmīga darba kvalitātes nodrošināšanā un darbinieku labbūtības veicināšanā. Darba mērķis: izzināt sociālās aprūpes centrā nodarbinātā aprūpes personāla apmierinātību ar darba vidi. Pētījuma hipotēze – lielākā daļa sociālās aprūpes centru aprūpes personāla ir apmierināti ar psihosociālajiem darba vides faktoriem, bet neapmierināti – ar darba vides fizikālajiem faktoriem. Pētījuma metode: pētījuma datu ieguvei izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – aptauja. Pētījuma instruments: anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: apkopoti rezultāti un sniegti uz tiem balstīti priekšlikumi mērķa sasniegšanas ietvaros. Subject of Bachelor's work: “SATISFACTION OF CARE STAFF EMPLOYED IN SOCIAL CARE CENTRES with WORKING ENVIRONMENT” Highlights of the theme: a very important communication between employees and employers about environmental fitness for work and workers' satisfaction with environmental conditions. It is only by obtaining information on deficiencies in the working environment that the employer has the opportunity to mitigate or remedy them, as well as to remedy the deficiencies. The actuality of the study shall be determined by the following: as social care centre staff are working under increased stress and intensity due to the constantly tense situation linked to long-term staff shortages, the suitability of the working environment is particularly important in ensuring the quality of work and promoting the good quality of workers. Objective of work: to ascertain the satisfaction of the care staff employed in the social care centre with the working environment. The study's hypothesis – most social centre care staff are satisfied with psychosocial work environment factors, but unhappy – with the physical factors of the working environment Study method: quantitative research method chosen for the acquisition of research data — survey. Study tool: questionnaire. Results of the study: aggregated results and proposals based on them as part of the achievement of the objective.
