Pacientu apmierinātība ar māsas sniegto informāciju pirms un pēc plānveida operācijām

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pacientu apmierinātību ar māsas sniegto informāciju pirms un pēc plānveida operācijām ortopēdijas nodaļā. Šajā darbā tiek aplūkota problēma kas ir saistīta ar to, kā pacienti saprot un uztver māsas sniegto informāciju pirms un pēc plānveida operācijām, un kā tas ietekmē pacientu apmierinātību. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika veikta literatūras analīze un pētījumā pielietota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode izmantojot daļēji strukturētu interviju ar jautājumiem par saņemto informāciju un pacientu pieredzi. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka lielāka daļa respondentu ir apmierināti ar māsas sniegto informāciju pirms un pēc plānveida operācijām, kas apstiprina pētījuma jautājumu. Tomēr pacientos saglabājas stigma par māsas iesaisti pacientu informēšanā, ka arī ir daži trūkumi informācijas sniegšanā par medikamentiem un to blakusparādībām.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to investigate patients' satisfaction with the information provided by the nurse before and after elective surgery in the orthopaedic department. This thesis focuses on the problem of how patients understand and perceive the information provided by the nurse before and after elective surgery, and how this affects patient satisfaction. The bachelor thesis included a literature analysis and applied a qualitative method using a semi-structured interview with questions about the information received and patients' experiences. The results show that a higher proportion of respondents are satisfied with the information provided by the nurse before and after elective surgery, which supports the research question. However, there remains a stigma among patients about the nurse's involvement in informing patients, and there are some gaps in the provision of information about medications and their side effects.
