dc.description.abstractThe topic of Bachelor thesis is - the effectiveness of sanctions against the Russian Federation and their legal and economic impact worldwide, thesis hypothesis - the imposed sanctions against the Russia are effective and do not cause problems that lead to a deterioration in economic and legal indicators. The topicality of the subject is justified by global economic and political developments. Now, almost two years after the sanctions were imposed it is possible to analyse the first data on the impact of the sanctions on Russia and the global economy, and to assess their targeting and impact. The paper examines the origins of the concept of sanctions and the existing framework, the economic and legal issues of sanctions.en_US
