Veselības aprūpes finansēšanas juridiskie aspekti

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Veselības aprūpes finansēšanas juridiskie aspekti”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt veselības aprūpi un tās finansēšanu reglamentējošos normatīvos aktus Latvijā, izzinot ar finansējuma nodrošināšanu saistītos aspektus. Visaptveroši izvērtējot normatīvo aktu prasības, literatūru un tiesu praksi, darbā tiek identificēta veselības aprūpes finansēšanas juridisko aspektu problemātika normatīvo aktu pieņemšanas kārtībā, finansējuma pieejamībā un saimnieciski organizēta veselības aprūpes nozares finansējuma izlietojumā.

The topic of the Master's Thesis is "Legal Aspects of Health Care Financing". The aim of the Thesis is to study the regulatory acts regulating health care and its financing in Latvia, reviewing the aspects related to the allocationof financing. By comprehensively evaluating the requirements of regulatory acts, literature and judicial practice, the Thesis identifies the problems of legal aspects of health care financing in the adoption of regulatory acts, the availability of funding and the use of economically organized healthcare industry funding.
