Bakalaura darbā “Nepieciešamā aizstāvēšanās” tiks aplūkots nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās institūts, kas ir viens no apstākļiem kas izslēdz kriminālatbildību. Darba mērķis ir rūpīgi izpētīt nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās vēsturisko attīstību, tā jēdzienu un būtību, nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās tiesīguma nosacījumus kas attiecas uz apdraudējumu un aizstāvēšanos.Darba autora uzdevumi ir izpētīt nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās vēsturi, jēdzienu un būtību, nosacījumus kas attiecas uz apdraudējumu, nosacījumus kas attiecas uz aizstāvēšanos, salīdzināt nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās jēdzienu ar ārvalstu regulējumu. The author's tasks include researching the history, concept, and essence of necessary defense, conditions related to endangerment, conditions related to defense, and comparing the concept of necessary self-defense with foreign regulations.
