Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt servitūta institūta attīstību un regulējumu Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kā arī servitūta nodibināšanu ar tiesas spriedumu. Servitūta nodibināšana tiesas ceļa ir viens no servitūta nodibināšanas veidiem. Nodibinot servitūtu ar tiesas spriedumu, tiesas process var aizņemt manāmi ilgu laiku, kurā personai nav iespējams piekļūt savam īpašumam. Autore savā darbā pēta servitūta veidus un to regulējumu gan Latvijā, gan ārvalstīs, kā arī tiesā piemērojamo pagaidu aizsardzību, kas procesa laikā var nodrošināt personas tiesības piekļūt sev piederošam īpašumam regulāri vai periodiski. The aim of the Bachelor's work is to study the development and regulation of the easement institute in Latvia and abroad, as well as the establishment of the easement by a court ruling. Establishing an easement through a court is one of the ways of establishing an easement. Establishing a court-ordered easement can take a noticeably long time, during which a person cannot access their property. In her work, the author studies the types of servitude and their regulation both in Latvia and abroad, as well as the temporary protection applicable in court, which during the process can ensure a person's right to access their own property regularly or periodically.
