Darba mērķis ir detalizēti izpētīt normatīvo regulējumu, tiesu praksi un publikācijas, lai noskaidrotu, kāpēc ir izdevīgi pārvietot aizliegtās vielas ar pasta pakalpojuma starpniecību.
