Abstract
Darbā ir pētīta tehnisko līdzekļu izmantošana kriminālprocesā, respektīvi procesuālo darbību fiksēšana skaņu vai skaņu un attēlu ierakstos, ka arī to veikšana izmantojot telefonkonferences vai videokonferences iespējas. Darba tika analizēts šobrīd esošais tiesiskais regulējums un ar to saistītas problēmas, piemēram nepietiekami skaidri noteikta telefonkonferenču un videokonferenču fiksēšanas kārtība, ka arī tika apskatīti iespējamie drošības riski, tādi kā dziļviltojums, jeb deepfake tehnoloģija. Maģistra darbā piedāvāti konstatēto un aprakstīto problēmu risinājumi.
The use of technical means in criminal proceedings has been studied, namely the recording of procedural actions in sound or sound and image recordings, as well as their performance using telephone conferencing or video conferencing. The current legal framework and related problems were analyzed in the work, for example, the procedure for recording telephone and video conferences was not clearly defined, as well as possible security risks, such as deepfake technology. The master's thesis offers solutions to the identified and described problems.
