Maģistra darba “Parādnieka atbildes sniegšana tiesvedībā par saistības piespiedu izpildīšanu brīdinājuma kārtībā - teorētiskie un praktiskie aspekti” mērķis ir sniegt ieskatu saistību piespiedu izpildes brīdinājuma kārtībā procesa un no tā izrietošās parādnieka atbildes uz brīdinājumu procesa teorētiskajā analīzē, tiesu praksē, regulējumā, kā arī piedāvāt risinājumu ar šo procesu saistītas problemātikas risināšanai. Darba ietvaros autore apskatīja saistību piespiedu izpildes brīdinājuma kārtībā procesa un no tā izrietošās parādnieka atbildes uz brīdinājumu procesa teorētisko, vēsturisko aspektu un procesa norises gaitu Latvijā un citās Eiropas Savienības valstīs. Darbā tika apskatītas parādnieka atbildes sniegšanas sekas, kā arī veidus kā uzlabot saistību piespiedu izpildes brīdinājuma kārtībā procesu. The aim of the master’s thesis “The theoretical and practical aspects of answer of a debtor during warning procedure” is to provide an insight into theoretical analysis, case law and regulations of the subject as well as to propose solutions and amendments to solve issues involved with the process. Within the work author researched the theoretical and historical aspects of the subject, as well as the process in Latvia. Author examined the legislative framework of warning procedure, and the debtors answer in other European Union countries, performing a comparison of foreign and Latvian regulations. Within the work the author researched the consequences of the debtor's response, as well as ways to improve the warning procedure process.
