Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums plaušu artēriju trombembolijas gadījumā”. Bakalaura darbā ir izvērtēti attēlu kvalitātes kritēriji, kuri nepieciešami, lai veiktu pēc visiem kvalitātes kritērijiem kvalitatīvu datortomogrāfijas angiogrāfiju PATE gadījumā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļās un no pētnieciskās daļas un secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā tika aprakstīta literatūra par krūšu kurvja anatomiju un datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, kā arī plaušu artēriju trombembolijas klīniku. Tika apkopota informācija par datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu krūšu kurvim PATE gadījumā. Pētniecības daļā tika veikts attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju pētījums, analizējot 30 datortomogrāfijas angiogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlus, pēc kuras tika izveidota attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju tabula. Darba apjoms ir 41.lpp. Bakalaura darbu veido ievads, 4 nodaļas un 9 apakšnodaļas, iekļauti 4 pielikumi un 6 secinājumi. Darbā tika izmantoti 26 literatūras avoti latviešu un angļu valodās. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritērijus plaušu artēriju trombembolijas gadījumā. The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Evaluation of image quality criteria of computed tomography in pulmonary arterial thromboembolism". The bachelor thesis evaluates the image quality criteria required to perform a high-quality CT angiography in PATE according to all quality criteria. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, a theoretical part and a research part and conclusions. In the theoretical part, the literature on thoracic anatomy and CT anatomy as well as pulmonary artery thromboembolism clinic was described. Information on chest CT in PATE was summarised. In the research part, an image quality criteria study was performed by analysing 30 CT angiography images, after which an image quality criteria table was created. The paper is 41 pages long. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters and 9 subchapters, 4 annexes and 6 conclusions. 26 literature sources in Latvian and English were used. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the image quality criteria of computed tomography in pulmonary arterial thromboembolism.
