Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Māsu profesijas pienākumu izmaiņas medicīnas sistēmā Latvijā laika posmā no 20. gadsimta otrās puses līdz 21. gadsimta divdesmitajiem gadiem”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato tas, ka ir svarīgi saprast māsu profesijas attīstību no 20. gadsimta otrās puses līdz mūsdienām. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir sniegt analītisku pārskatu par izmaiņām māsu darba pienākumos Latvijā no 20. gadsimta otrās puses līdz 21. gadsimta divdesmitajiem gadiem. Pētījuma galvenie uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūras avotus, kas sniedz informāciju par māsu pienākumiem pacientu aprūpē Latvijā laika posmā no 20.gadsimta otrās puses līdz 21. gadsimta divdesmitajiem gadiem; sniegt ieskatu par māsu profesionālo darbību un pienākumu maiņu Latvijā laika posmā no 20.gadsimta otrās puses līdz 21. gadsimta divdesmitajiem gadiem; veikt padziļinātu interviju saistībā ar māsu pienākumu izpēti. Pētījuma jautājums: kādi apstākļi un faktori nosaka māsu profesijas pienākumu izmaiņas? Pētījuma instruments: intervija ar māsām – māsu intervijas, lai spētu padziļināti analizēt profesijas pienākumus. Pētījuma metodes: literatūras analīze, daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka māsu darba pienākumi nav būtiski mainījušies, bet augstāka kļuvusi māsu kompetence, profesionālā daudzpusība un izglītība.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Changes in the responsibilities of the nursing profession in the medical system in Latvia in the period from the second half of the 20th century to the twenties of the 21st century". The topic is relevant, because it is important to understand the development of the nursing profession from the second half of the 20th century to the present day. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide an analytical overview of the changes in nursing responsibilities in Latvia from the second half of the 20th century to the twenties of the 21st century. The main tasks of the research are to collect and analyze literature sources that provide information about the responsibilities of nurses in patient care in Latvia in the period from the second half of the 20th century to the twenties of the 21st century; provide an insight into the professional activity and change of responsibilities of nurses in Latvia in the period from the second half of the 20th century to the twenties of the 21st century; to conduct an in-depth interview related to the study of nursing responsibilities. Research question: what conditions and factors determine changes in the responsibilities of the nursing profession? Research tool: interview with nurses - interviews of nurses to be able to analyze the responsibilities of the profession in depth. Research methods: literature analysis, semi-structured interview. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the responsibilities of nurses have not changed significantly, but the competence, professional versatility and education of nurses have become higher.
