Bakalaura darba tēma ir senioru ar dzirdes traucējumiem aprūpe ģimenes ārsta praksē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka senioru dzirdes pavājināšanās līdz ar novecošanos. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot senioru ar dzirdes traucējumiem aprūpi ģimenes ārstu praksē. Dzirdes traucējumi apgrūtina ne tikai saziņu, bet negatīvi ietekmē arī personas psihosociālo sfēru. Ar dzirdi saistītā saziņas diskomforta dēļ biežāk novēro satraukumu, noslēgtību, var attīstīties somatizācija un depresija. Vecākiem cilvēkiem ir grūtības uztvert valodu trokšņainā vidē, kad skaņa ir dzirdama, bet grūtības izšķirt vārdus, ko vēl vairāk apgrūtina, ja runā ātri, dialektā vai svešvalodā. Par centrālu dzirdes traucējumu klātbūtni liek domāt šādas sūdzības: apgrūtināta dzirdamība un saprotamība troksnī, pārklausīšanās, grūtības sekot mutiskiem norādījumiem, runas skaņu diskriminācijas un identifikācijas grūtības, neatbilstīga atbilde uz dzirdēto informāciju, mācīšanās grūtības, pārjautāšana, neuzmanība. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the care of seniors with hearing impairment in the practice of a family doctor. The topicality of the topic is determined by the weakening of hearing of seniors with aging. Hearing impairment not only makes communication difficult, but also negatively affects a person's psychosocial sphere. Because of hearing-related communication discomfort, anxiety, withdrawal is more often observed, somatization and depression may develop. Older people have difficulty understanding language in noisy environments when the sound is audible, and difficulty distinguishing words, which is made even more difficult when speaking quickly, in a dialect, or in a foreign language. The presence of central hearing disorders is suggested by the following complaints: difficult audibility and intelligibility in noise, eavesdropping, difficulty following verbal instructions, difficulty discriminating and identifying speech sounds, inappropriate response to heard information, learning difficulties, questioning, carelessness. The aim of the work is to find out the care of seniors with hearing impairment in a family doctor's practice.
