Bakalaura darba tēma “Ādas aprūpe pacientiem pēc ķīmijterapijas” tika izvēlēta, jo katru gadu pieaug onkoloģisko pacientu skaits, līdz ar to arī ārstēšanas rezultātā, rodas ķīmijterapijas izraisītas blakusparādības uz ādas. Svarīgi, lai aprūpē iesaistītais personāls spētu sniegt un nodrošināt kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpi. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt ādas aprūpi pacientiem pēc ķīmijterapijas. Pētījuma veids: monogrāfiskā un kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments: aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka visbiežākā ķīmijterapijas izraisītā blakusparādība uz ādas bija alopēcija. Visbiežāk izmantotie ādas kopšanas līdzekļi bija Eucerin mitrinošais krēms, Furasol pulveris, urīnvielu saturoši krēmi un saules aizsardzības krēmi, savukārt visretāk - Fucicitor ziede un Lecoxen krēms. The topic of the bachelor's thesis "Skin care for patients after chemotherapy" was chosen because the number of oncology patients is increasing every year, and as a result of the treatment, chemotherapy-induced side effects occur on the skin. It is important that the personnel involved in the medical care are able to provide high quality health care. The purpose of the study: to investigate skin care for patients after chemotherapy. Type of research: monographic and quantitative research method. Research instrument: survey questionnaire. The results of the study show that the most common side effect of chemotherapy on the skin is alopecia. The most frequently used skin care products were Eucerin moisturizing cream, Furasol rinse, urea and sun protection creams, while the least were Fucicitor ointment and Lecoxen cream.
