Bakalaura darba tēma ir vecāku informētības novērtēsana par bērna veselīga uztura praksi. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato 2022. g. ESF projekta ietvaros veiktajā pētījumā par fizisko aktivitāti, uztura paradumiem un ķermeņa masas indeksu 5-6 gadīgiem pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem tika secināts, ka normāla ķermeņa masa ir 69,9%, savukārt lieka ķermeņa masa un aptaukošanās - 19,2% bērniem. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt vecāku informētības līmeni par veselīga uztura pamatprincipiem bērniem. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Veikt literatūras izpēti par veselīgu bērnu ēšanas prakses veicināšanu ģimenē. 2.Novērtēt vecāku informētību par bērnu veselīga uztura praksi. 3.Analizēt faktorus, kas ietekmē vecāku izpratni par bērnu uztura vajadzībām. 4.Izpētīt korelāciju starp vecāku informētību par veselīga uztura praksi un bērnu uztura paradumiem. Izvirzītā hipotēze ir vecāku prakse attiecībā uz bērnu uztura paradumiem liecina par grūtībām, ievērojot veselīgu uzturu. Pētniecības metode - anketēšana Pētījuma rezultāti - izvirzītā hipotēze par grūtībām attiecībā uz vecāku praksi uz bērna uztura paradumiem, ievērojot veselīgu uzturu, ir daļēji apstiprinājusies, jo lielākā daļa respondentu norāda, ka vislielākais uzdevums ir atturēt bērnus no neveselīgā uztura. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of parents' awareness of the child's healthy eating practices. The topicality of the topic is justified by the year 2022. In the study of physical activity, nutritional habits and body mass index of 5-6-year-old preschool children carried out within the framework of the ESF project, it was concluded that normal body weight is 69.9%, while overweight and obesity - 19.2% of children. The aim of the work is to investigate the level of parents' awareness of the basic principles of healthy nutrition for children. Research tasks: 1.Conduct literature research on promoting healthy children's eating practices in the family. 2.To assess parents' awareness of children's healthy eating practices. 3.To analyze the factors that influence parents' understanding of children's nutritional needs. 4.To study the correlation between parents' awareness of healthy eating practices and children's eating habits. The proposed hypothesis is that parents practices regarding children's eating habits indicate difficulties in following a healthy diet. Research method - questionnaire The results of the study - the proposed hypothesis regarding the difficulties of parents' practices on the child's eating habits, following a healthy diet, has been partially confirmed, as the majority of respondents indicate that the biggest task is to prevent children from eating unhealthy food.
