Abstract

Bakalaura tēma “Aprūpes personāla sadarbība Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka autores novērojumi kolēģu vidū par nevēlēšanos sadarboties, komunicēt un sasniegt kopīgos mērķus, kas ir balstīti uz pacienta labklājību, aprūpi un novērošanu Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā un Neatliekamās medicīnas centra observācijas palātā. Pēc autores domām, sadarbībai starp aprūpes personālu ir jābūt pilnvērtīgai un orientētai uz pacientu. Ņūmenas māszinības teoriju saistībā ar aprūpes personāla sadarbību; 3. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - interviju un veikt pētījumu; 4. Apkopot pētījumā iegūtos datus par aprūpes personāla sadarbību Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā un Neatliekamās medicīnas centra observācijas palātā; 5. Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums: kādi ir aprūpes personāla sadarbību veicinošie faktori Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā un Neatliekamās medicīnas centra observācijas palātā? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā. Pētījuma instruments: intervija.

Bachelor’s thesis “Cooperation of care staff in the Emergency Medical Canter”. The topicality of the theme is determined by the author’s observations among colleagues about the unwillingness to cooperate, communicate, and achieve common goals, which are based on patient welfare, care, and monitoring in the Emergency Medical Canter and the Emergency Medical Canter observation ward. According to the author, cooperation between care staff should be full-fledged and patient oriented. Objective of the work: To identify factors that promote cooperation among care staff in the Emergency Medical Canter and the Emergency Medical Canter observation ward. Performance tasks: 1. Conduct a literature analysis on the work of care staff, cooperation, promoting factors and significance in the Emergency Medical Canter and the Emergency Medical Canter observation ward. 2. Analyse B. Neuman’s theory of science in relation to the cooperation of care staff. 3. Develop a research instrument – an interview and conduct a study. 4. Collect data obtained from the study on the cooperation of care staff in the Emergency Medical Canter and the Emergency Medical Canter observation ward. 5. Draw conclusions. Research question: What are the factors that promote the cooperation of care staff in the Emergency Medical Canter and the Emergency Medical Canter observation ward? Research method: Qualitative. Research instrument: Interview.
