Latvijas valsts pārvaldes e-pakalpojumu saskarņu novērtējums ar semantiskā diferenciāļa skalu

Latvijas valsts pārvaldes digitalizācija paplašina iedzīvotājiem pieejamo e-pakalpojumu apjomu. Pieaugot valsts pārvaldes digitalizācijai, ir ieviesti mērījumu veidi, piemēram EGDI indekss, kas palīdz novērtēt valsts pārvaldes digitalizāciju valstīs. Latvija 2022.gadā tika ievietota 29. no 193.vietām e-pārvaldes digitalizācijas indeksā (angl. EGDI), kas norāda Latvijas valsts pārvaldes digitalizācijas palielināšanos, šī indeksa noteikšanā netiek ietverti dati par e-pakalpojumu izmantošanas apjomiem un lietotāju apmierinātība ar saņemtajiem e-pakalpojumiem. Lai noskaidrotu lietotāju apmierinātību ar e-pakalpojumu vietņu estētiku, tika veikts eksperimentāls pētījums, kā ietvaros tika mērīts noteiktu Latvijas valsts e-pakalpojumu portālu saskarņu estētiskais novērtējums ar semantiskā diferenciāļa skalu attiecībā pret cilvēku vecumu un vietnes izmantošanas biežumu, kā arī iegūti dati par vietņu apmeklējumu apjomiem un estētisko faktoru novērtējumiem. Eksperimentālās aptaujas rezultāti liecina, ka cilvēka vecums un vietnes izmantošanas biežums neietekmē vietnes estētisko novērtējumu, eksperimentā ietverto e-pakalpojumu vietņu estētika ir vērtējama kā viduvēja un visizmantotākā e-pakalpojumu vietne no eksperimentā iekļautajām ir latvija.lv. Assessment of e-service interfaces of the Latvian state administration using the semantic differential scale Digitization of Latvian state administration expands the range of e-services available to citizens. As the digitization of public administration increases, measurement types have been introduced, such as the e-government digitalisation index (EGDI), which helps to assess the state of digitization of public administration in countries. In 2022, Latvia was placed 29th out of 193 places in the EGDI index, which indicates an increase in the digitization of the Latvian state administration, but the calculation of this index does not include data on the volumes of use of e-services and user satisfaction with the received e-services. In order to find out the user satisfaction with the aesthetics of e-service websites, an experimental study was conducted, as part of which the aesthetic evaluation of the interfaces of certain Latvian state administration e-services portals was measured with a semantic differential scale in relation to people's age and the frequency of website use, as well as data on the volumes of website visits and the aesthetic factor evaluations was obtained. The results of the experimental survey show that a person's age and the frequency of website use does not affect the aesthetic evaluation of the website, the aesthetics of e-service websites that were included in the experimentcan be evaluated as mediocre and the most used e-services website among the ones included in the experiment is latvija.lv.
