Abstract
Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika pētīts vairākuzdevumu režīms, tā risinājumi saskarnēs un tā ietekme uz lietotāja darba procesu. Pētījuma ietvaros tika analizēta literatūra par kognitīvo psiholoģiju un tās saistību ar lietotāju un datora mijiedarbību. Lai noskaidrotu lietotāju pieredzi darbā ar dažādiem vairākuzdevumu risinājumiem, tika veikta aptauja. Aptaujā iegūtie rezultāti liecina par to, ka neskatoties uz respondentu prasmēm un vairākuzdevumu risinājumu lietojumu, lietotāji joprojām saskarās ar vairākām problēmām, kas apgrūtina efektīvu uzdevumu izpildi.
The bachelor thesis investigated multitasking mode, its solutions in interfaces and its impact on the user workflow. The research included an analysis of the literature on cognitive psigology and its relation to user-computer interaction. A survey was conducted to investigate the user experience with different multitasking solutions. The results of the survey show that despite the respondents' skills and use of multi-tasking solutions, users still face a number of challenges that make it difficult to perform tasks efficiently.
