Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir veltīts ķīmiskās šķiedras uzņēmuma darbībai Daugavpils pilsētā laika posmā no 1970. līdz 1985. gadam. Darba mērķis ir šis rūpnīcas iekšējo stāvoklī un darbību, kā arī šī uzņēmuma strādājošo personālu un situāciju starp šī uzņēmuma darbiniekiem, ar vienu uzņēmuma vēstures pētniecību var labāk saprast padomju laika rūpniecības sistēmu un tās īpatnības pieejamos avotus. The master's thesis is devoted to the operation of the chemical fiber company in the city of Daugavpils in the period from 1970 to 1985.
