Bakalaura darba pētāmā problēma bija identificēt darbinieku motivācijas trūkumu uzņēmumā, lai uzlabotu produktivitāti, samazinātu darbinieku apmaiņu un veicinātu ilgtermiņa uzņēmuma veiksmi. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt kāda ir Biedrības "Ŗīgas Zeļļi" darbinieku un sportistu motivācija, kā arī veidu, kā biedrības vadība motivē savus darbiniekus un piesaistītos sportistus, sasniegt iespējami labākos profesionālos rezultātus, atklāt iespējamās nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus šo nepilnību novēršanai. Bakalaura darba pētījuma daļas iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka basketbola kluba "Ŗīgas Zeļļi" vadība lielā mērā ir labi motivējusi savus sportistus un darbiniekus, taču ir novērojams,ka daži sportisti un darbinieki dažādu iemeslu dēļ nejūtas pietiekami motivēti, kam kluba vadībai būtu jāpievērš uzmanība. The research problem of the bachelor thesis was to identify the lack of employee motivation in the company in order to improve productivity, reduce employee turnover and contribute to the long-term success of the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to investigate what is the motivation of the employees and athletes in company "Rīgas Zeļļi", as well as the way the companies management motivates its employees and athletes to achieve the best possible professional results and to reveal possible shortcomings and to provide recommendation for their elimination. The results of the research part of the bachelor thesis shows that the management of basketball club "Rīgas Zeļļi" has largely done a good job in motivating its athletes and employees, but it can be observed that some athletes and employees do not feel sufficiently motivated for various reasons and the management of the club should pay attention to.
