Bakalaura darba pētāmā problēma: Darbinieku motivācijas sistēmas īstenošana un pilnveidošana uzņēmumā SIA “Garšas meistari”. Bakalaura darba mērķis – pamatojoties uz motivācijas īstenošanas teorētiskiem aspektiem un empīriskā pētījuma rezultātiem, noskaidrot motivācijas nozīmi uzņēmuma vadībā, noskaidrot motivācijas galvenos aspektus, jaunākās motivācijas tendences un motivācijas pielietošanu uzņēmumos, noskaidrot uzņēmuma SIA “Garšas meistari” darbības veidu un motivācijas īstenošanu uzņēmumā, kā arī atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus to pilveidošanai uzņēmumā SIA “Garšas meistari”. Bakalaura darba rezultāts ir uzņēmuma SIA “Garšas meistari” motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana. Balstoties uz uzņēmuma SIA “Garšas meistari” īpašnieces intervijas un darbinieku aptaujas iegūtiem datiem, tiek izvirzīti secinājumi par uzņēmuma SIA “Garšas meistari” esošo motivācijas sistēmu un sniegti priekšlikumi motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai. The problem of the bachelor study: implementation and improvement of the employee motivation system in the company “Garšas meistari” Ltd. The aim of the bachelor study is to clarify the role of motivation in the management of the company based on theoretical aspects of motivation implementation and the results of empirical research, to find out the main aspects of motivation, the latest motivation trends and the application of motivation in companies, to find out the mode of operation and motivation implementation in the company “Garšas meistari” Ltd., as well as to reveal the gaps and make proposals for their improvement in the company Ltd “Garšas meistari”. The result of the bachelor study is the improvement of the motivation system of the company “Garšas meistari” Ltd. Based on the data obtained from the interview with the owner of the company “Garšas meistari” Ltd. and the employee survey, the conclusions about the current motivation system of the company “Garšas meistari” Ltd. are put forward and proposals for improvement of the motivation system are given.
