Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz intervijās iegūto datu analīzi, identificēt nozīmīgākos ieguvumus no dalības studentu pārstāvniecībā līderības veicināšanā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus šīs pieredzes pārnesei līderības kompetenču attīstībai ārpus tās. Līdz šim nav veikti daudz pētījumi par to, kā studentu pārstāvniecībā iegūtās līderības kompetences ietekmē indivīdu sekmes darba tirgū, kurā ir liela nozīme dažādu starpnozaru prasmju izmantošanai. Pētījumā tiek izmantotas kvalitatīvā pētniecība metode padziļināto interviju formā un kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode aptaujas veidā. Pētījumā tiek secināts, ka studentu pārstāvniecībā iegūtā pieredze veicina līderības prasmju attīstību, kuras pēc tam tiek pielietotas darba tirgū. The aim of the master's thesis is, based on the analysis of the data obtained in the interviews, to identify the most significant benefits of participation in student representation in the promotion of leadership and to develop proposals for the transfer of this experience for the development of leadership competencies outside of it. Until now, not many studies have been conducted on how the leadership competencies which are acquired in student representation affect the success of individuals in the labor market, where the use of various soft skills is necessary. The research uses the qualitative research method in the form of in-depth interviews and the quantitative research method in the form of a survey. The study concludes that the experience gained in student representation contributes to the development of leadership skills, which are then applied in the labor market.
