Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Pārmaiņu vadība izglītībā”. Pārmaiņas pēdējos gados ir bieži sastopams process, taču ne visas pārmaiņas ir veiksmīgi noritējušas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot uzlabotu, jaunu pārmaiņu vadības modeli ar uzsvaru uz komunikācijas nozīmīgumu. Īpaši uzsverot pārmaiņas izglītības iestādēs un komunikāciju ar tiem, kurus šīs pārmaiņas iespaido visvairāk – pedagogiem. Maģistra darba apjoms 3 nodaļas un 8 apakšnodaļas. Maģistra darba pirmajā nodaļā, teorētiskajā daļā, tiek analizēta pārmaiņu vadības teorētiskā bāze, pārmaiņu vadības modeļi un pārmaiņas izglītības iestādēs. Otrajā nodaļā raksturota un analizēta pārmaiņu vadības process izglītības iestādēs, kā arī aprakstīts uzlabots pārmaiņu vadības modelis. Trešajā nodaļā apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti no pedagogu aptaujām un ekspertu intervijām, kā arī analizēti iegūtie dati.

The topic of the master's thesis is " Change management in education". Change is a common process in recent years, but not all changes have been successful. The aim of the master's thesis is to create an improved, new change management model with an emphasis on the importance of communication. Especially emphasizing changes in educational institutions and communication with those who are most affected by these changes - educators. The scope of the master's thesis 3 chapters and 8 sub-chapters. The theoretical basis of change management, change management models and changes in educational institutions are analysed in the first chapter of the master's thesis, the theoretical part. The second chapter describes and analyses the process of change management in educational institutions, as well as describes an improved model of change management. The third chapter summarizes the research results from teacher surveys and expert interviews, as well as analyses the obtained data.
