Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Mākslīgā intelekta izmantošana tiesu sistēmai piederīgo personu profesionālajā darbībā”. Tā mērķis ir noskaidrot mākslīgā intelekta izmantošanas iespējas un ar to saistīto problemātiku un riskus. Mērķa sasniegšanai veikta mākslīgā intelekta jēdziena izpratnes analīze, noskaidrotas mākslīgā intelekta izmantošanas iespējas, kā arī apkopoti tās riski un sniegts autores vērtējums par tiem. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Professional Activity of Persons Belonging to the Judicial System”. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the use of artificial intelligence and the risks that accompany the use of it. In order to achieve the aim, the following objectives have been set: to explore the understanding of the concept of artificial intelligence, to research the possible use of artificial intelligence, as well as to assess the risks and problematic aspects of the use of artificial intelligence. The author has provided her own assessment of these risks.
