Saldus novada bibliotēku vēsturiskā attīstība no pirmsākumiem līdz 1945.gadam

Abstract

Bibliotēka vienmēr ieņēmusi svarīgu lomu gan Saldus pilsētas, gan Saldus novada attīstībā. Tā veidojusi pilsētas un novada kultūras, izglītības, kā arī sabiedrisko dzīvi. Darba mērķis – izmantojot gan publicētos, gan nepublicētos materiālus, atspoguļot Saldus novada bibliotēku vēsturisko attīstības gaitu un darbību no pirmsākumiem līdz 1945. gadam. Darba teorētisko bāzi veido kulturoloģijas teorija un vēsturisko pētījumu teorija. Datu ieguvei tika izmantota dokumentu analīze, informācijas apstrādei – indukcija, dedukcija, salīdzināšana, datu analīze un sintēze. Darba rezultāti atspoguļoti pagasta ietvaros, katrā atsevišķi aplūkojot konkrēto pagasta bibliotēku darbību un attīstības gaitu.

The library has always taken an important role in the development of the city of Saldus and Saldus district. It has created cultural, educational and social life in the city and district. The aim of the work – using published and unpublished materials, reflect the historical development and operation of the libraries of the Saldus district from the beginning till year 1945. The theoretical basis of the work consists of culturology theory and historical research theory. For data extraction was used document analysis, for information processing – induction, deduction, collation, data analysis and synthesis. The results of the work are reflected within the scope of the parish, taking a separate look at the activities and development progress of the specific libraries of the parish.
