Bakalaura darbā apskatītie preču aprites un pakalpojuma sniegšanas brīvības nošķiršanas kritēriji ļauj noskaidrot būtiskākos kritērijus un īpašības abu pamatbrīvību savstarpējai nošķiršanai, un jauno tehnoloģiskās jaunrades izgudrojumu piederību pie vienas vai otras brīvības. Darba mērķis ir noteikt, kā tehnoloģiskās jaunrades izgudrojumi klasificējami atbilstoši preces un pakalpojumu nošķiršanas kritērijiem. Darbā ietverti priekšlikumi un secinājumi par nošķiršanas kritērijiem, to izņēmumiem un nozīmi tehnoloģiskajiem izgudrojumiem, kā arī secināta direktīvu un tajās definētā jēdziena “pakalpojums” nozīme jauno tehnoloģisko izgudrojumu jomā. The Bachelor's thesis examines the criteria for distinguishing the freedom of free movement of goods and the freedom to provide services, concluding the most important criteria and characteristics for distinguishing these two freedoms. It concludes and determine new inventions of technological creativity belonging to one or the other freedom. The aim of the work is to determine how the invention of technological creativity should be classified according to the criteria for distinguishing goods and services. The work contains proposals and conclusions about the criteria for separation, their exceptions, and their importance for technological inventions, as well as concluded the importance of directives and the concept of "service" defined in them for new technological invention.
