Atturēšana 21.gadsimtā. Mākslīgā intelekta radītās izmaiņas
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Atturēšana 21.gadsimtā. Mākslīgā intelekta radītās izmaiņas”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt mākslīgā intelekta ietekmi uz mūsdienu drošības vidi, fokusējoties uz atturēšanas teorijā aprakstītajiem efektīvas atturēšanas izstrādes elementiem. Darba ietvaros, balstoties uz atturēšanas teoriju un tās elementu teorētisko bāzi un zinātnisko literatūru par mākslīgā intelekta pielietojumu atturēšanas elementos, tika analizēti publiski pieejamie dati par mākslīgā intelekta attīstību un tā pielietojumu valsts aizsardzībā un atturēšanas politikā. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti norāda uz mākslīgā intelekta potenciālu radīt nozīmīgas izmaiņas atturēšanā un nepieciešamību izstrādāt jaunu pieeju atturēšanai. Bachelor’s thesis 'Deterrence in the 21st Century: Impacts of Artificial Intelligence Advancements' aims to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence on the modern security environment, focusing on the elements of effective deterrence development. Publicly available data on the development of AI and its application in national defence and deterrence policy were analysed within the theoretical framework of deterrence theory and its effectiveness elements and the scientific literature on the application of AI in these deterrence elements. The results of the work point to the potential of AI to bring about significant changes in deterrence and the need to develop new approaches to deterrence.
