Autores bakalaura darba tēma ir “Uzturlīdzekļi – bērnu tiesības un vecāku atbildība”. Darbs ir veltīts uzturlīdzekļa institūta satura un būtības izpētei, vecāku pienākumam sniegt uzturu saviem lejupējiem, kā arī bērnu tiesībām saņemt uzturu. Darba autore uzskata, ka tēma aktuāla, tā kā vecāku pienākums dot uzturu saviem bērniem bija, ir un būs nozīmīgs jautājums.
