Maģistra darbā veikts pētījums par personas (parādnieka) pienākumiem fiziskās personas maksātnespējas procesā. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt parādnieka pienākumu klāstu fiziskās personas maksātnespējas procesā, analizēt šī brīža fiziskās personas maksātnespējas procesa tiesiskā regulējuma efektivitāti, pētot to kopsakarā ar aktuālo tiesu praksi. Autore pētījumā analizē Maksātnespējas likumā noteiktos principus un to ietekmi uz parādnieka pienākumiem, un pēta parādnieka godprātības nozīmi fiziskās personas maksātnespējas procesā. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda uz tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumiem un autore piedāvā priekšlikumus nepieciešamajiem grozījumiem normatīvajos aktos. In the Master's Thesis, a research was conducted on the obligations of a person (debtor) in the insolvency process of a natural person. The purpose of the study is to analyze the range of obligations of a debtor in the insolvency proceedings of a natural person, to analyze the effectiveness of the current legal framework of the insolvency proceedings of a natural person, by studying it in connection with current judicial practice. In the research, the author analyzes the principles set out in the Insolvency Law and their impact on the debtor's obligations, and studies the importance of the debtor's honesty in the insolvency proceedings of a natural person. The results of the research points out the shortcomings of the legal framework and the author offers proposals for the necessary amendments to the regulatory acts.
