ANO Bērnu tiesības konvencijas pārkapumi Ukrainas bērnu deportācijā: juridiskā analīze un tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļi

Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatītas bērnu deportācijas no Ukrainas teritorijas uz Krievijas Federāciju, kuras tika uzsāktas 2014. gadā un kopš 2022. gada februāra turpinātas karadarbības laikā. Darba ietvaros tiek analizēta Bērnu tiesību konvencija un tās piemērošanas manuālis ar mērķi konstatēt, vai konkrētais Bērnu tiesības konvencijas pants ir pārkāpts un kādā veidā. Pētījuma mēŗķis ir atbildēt uz jautājumu: "Kādas ANO Bērnu tiesību konvencijā noteiktās tiesības pārkāpj Ukrainas bērnu deportācija, un kādi ir pieejamie tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļi?” Pētījuma rezultātā tiek sniegti priekšlikumi attiecībā uz konstatētajiem trūkumiem Bērnu tiesības konvencijas regulējumā un tās piemērošanā. The bachelor thesis examines the deportation of children from the territory of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, which began in 2014 and has continued since February 2022 during the war. As part of the work, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its application manual are analyzed with the aim of establishing whether the specific article of the Convention on the Rights of the Child has been violated and in what way. The aim of the study is to answer the question: "Which rights established in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child are violated by the deportation of Ukrainian children, and what are the available legal remedies for them?" As a result of the study, proposals are made regarding the identified deficiencies in the regulation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its application.
