Abstract
Levoglikozāna hidrolīzes pētījumi un analīzes metodes izstrāde. Grigus K., zinātniskās vadītājas Mag. chem. Spince B. un Mag. chem. Gigele R. Bakalaura darbs, 44 lappuses, 23 attēli, 12 tabulas, 1 pielikums, 37 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā.
Kursa darbā pētīta levoglikozāna hidrolīzes kinētika 4,5 %, 7,0 % un 9,0 % sērskābes vidē dažādās temperatūrās: 80 °C, 90 °C, 100 °C, 110 °C, 120 °C un 130 °C. Levoglikozāna kvantitatīvajai analīzei izmantota Malaprada reakcija un jodometriskā titrēšana. Novērtēta metodes pareizība, linearitāte, precizitāte un atkārtojamība. Veikta levoglikozāna paraugu analīze.
Research of the hydrolysis of levoglucosan and development of the analytical method. Grigus K, supervisor Mag. chem. Spince B. and Mag chem. Gigele R. Bachelor’s thesis, 44 pages, 23 figures, 12 tables, 1 appendix, 37 literature references. In Latvian. This project is on the kinetics of levoglucosan hydrolysis in 4,5 %, 7,0 % and 9,0 % sulfuric acid solution at various temperatures: 80 °C, 90 °C, 100 °C, 110 °C, 120 °C and 130 °C. Quantitative analysis of levoglucosan has been performed using Malaprade reaction and iodometric titration. Accuracy, linearity, precision and repeatability have been evaluated. Four levoglucosan samples have been analysed.
