Sociālā solidaritāte kā viens no demokrātiskas valsts priekšnoteikumiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Sociālā solidaritāte kā viens no demokrātiskas valsts priekšnoteikumiem”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt un noskaidrot sociālās solidaritātes pastāvēšanu kā priekšnoteikumu demokrātiskas valsts pastāvēšanai, pētījuma ietvaros tēma sašaurināta uz sociālās solidaritātes nepieciešamību attiecībā uz bērniem, kas palikuši bez vecāku gādības un atrodas ārpusģimenes aprūpē. Darbā autore apskata sociālās solidaritātes pastāvēšanas un sociāli atbildīgas valsts principa nepieciešamību tiesiskā demokrātiskā valstī, kā arī solidaritāti Latvijas ārpusģimenes aprūpes sistēmā. Darba rezultātā darba autore veikusi secinājumu, ka kaut arī bērna adopcijas uz ārzemēm gadījumā bērns tiek atrauts no savas sabiedrības solidaritātes saitēm, autores ieskatā tā vērtējama kā vēlama, īpaši attiecībā uz bērnu grupām, kuras neizvēlas Latvijas adoptētāji. The theme of the master’s thesis is “Social solidarity as one of the prerequisites for a democratic state.” The aim of the master’s thesis is to explore and clarify the existence of social solidarity as a prerequisite for the existence of a democratic state, as part of the study the subject has been narrowed down to the need for social solidarity in respect of children who have been left without parental care and are in out-of-family care. Author analyses the necessity of social solidarity and the principle of a socially responsible state in a state of law and democracy, as well as solidarity in the out-of-family care system in Latvia. As a result of the research, conclusion has been made, that although, in the event of the adoption of a child abroad, the child is removed from the bonds of solidarity between his or her society, the author considers it preferable, especially for groups of children who are not chosen by Latvian adoptive parents.
