Kvalifikācijas darbā aprakstīts Automatizētas testēšanas sistēmas problēmu pārvaldības rīks, kas nodrošina automātisku problēmu pieteikšanu un slēgšanu sistēmā JIRA. Rīka izstrādes mērķis ir automatizēt testētāja uzdevumus, nodrošinot visu automatizētā testēšanas procesā atrasto kļūdu ziņošanu. Rīks spēj pielāgot problēmu pieteikšanas algoritmu, balstoties uz lietotāja definētiem nosacījumiem.
Izstrāde ir dokumentēta, iekļaujot izstrādāto prasību specifikāciju, projektējuma aprakstu, vienībtestēšanas aprakstu, kā arī pirmkoda fragmentus un citu ar izstrādes projektu saistītu informāciju. Rīks realizēts ietvarā Ruby on Rails, nodrošinot lietotājam grafisko saskarni.

This paper describes the Problem management tool for automated testing system providing automated problem reporting and closing in system JIRA. The purpose of this development is to automate test engineer’s tasks and provide that all issues in automated tests are found. The tool can modify the reporting algorithm based on user’s settings for problem reporting.
Development is documented, including requirements specification, design description, unit test description, parts of source code and other development project related information. Tool is implemented using Ruby on Rails framework and providing graphical user interface.
