Psiholoģiskās plaukšanas izjūtas saistība ar sasniegumu motivāciju pieaugušajiem

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādas saistības pastāv starp psiholoģiskās plaukšanas izjūtu un sasniegumu motivāciju pieaugušo vecumā. Pētījumā piedalījās 97 respondenti vecumā no 23 līdz 58 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantota Uzplaukuma skala (The Flourishing Scale, Diener et al., 2010) un Sasniegumu motivācijas aptauja (Achievement Motivation Measure, Smith et al., 2019). Rezultāti uzrādīja statistiski nozīmīgas pozitīvas saistības starp psiholoģiskās plaukšanas izjūtu un sasniegumu motivāciju. Izteiktākas sasniegumu domas un uzvedība ir saistītas ar augstāku psiholoģiskās plaukšanas izjūtu. Starp vecumu un psiholoģiskās plaukšanas izjūtu, kā arī starp vecumu un sasniegumu motivāciju netika atklātas statistiski nozīmīgas saistības.

The aim of the study was to research the relationship between flourishing and achievement motivation in adulthood. The study sample consisted of 97 respondents at the age range between 23 to 58 years. The Flourishing Scale (Diener et al., 2010) and the Achievement Motivation Measure (Smith et al., 2019) were used in the study. The results showed a statistically significant correlation between flourishing and achievement motivation. More explicit achievement thoughts correlate with a higher flourishing and more explicit achievement behavior correlate with a higher flourishing. In turn, between age and flourishing as well as between age and achievement motivation there is no statistically significant correlation.
